The Constitution of the United States of America pretends to protect its citizens as do the Marines and various public-for-profit LE agencies. But are you safe? Are your children safe? Your neighborhood, your park, your children's school are any of those places safe? Pedophiles, gangs, drugs, homelessness, plague every city in America. Do you think that I am exaggerating when I say that you can buy any illegal drug you want at any high security prison or American public school? It is a fact that in America a woman is raped every 2 minutes and that every 6 minutes that victim is a child. I do not need to manufacture facts, I simply report them.
A child goes missing every 40 seconds in America. That comes to 765,000 children a year.
But you know who does make a lot of shit up? The Master of Fake News: The White House has been manufacturing fake news for as long as I can remember.
The Pentagon Papers, officially titled United States – Vietnam Relations, 1945–1967: A Study Prepared by the Department of Defense, is a United States Department of Defense history of the United States' political-military involvement in Vietnam from 1945 to 1967. The papers were released by Daniel Ellsberg who had worked on the study, and first brought to the attention of the public on the front page of The New York Times in 1971. A 1996 article in The New York Times said that the Pentagon Papers had demonstrated, among other things, that the Johnson Administration "systematically lied, not only to the public but also to Congress".
More specifically, the papers revealed that the U.S. had secretly enlarged the scale of the Vietnam War with the bombings of nearby Cambodia and Laos, coastal raids on North Vietnam, and Marine Corps attacks, none of which were reported in the mainstream media.

Fact, if marijuana had been made legal which is what voters were asking for at the time, pharmaceutical companies would have lost trillions of dollars to a safer more effective alternative that grows for free in all 50 states. Why else are politicians continuing this insane war on drugs? Why else is the DEA still shutting down dispensaries? LE gets over time, private prison contractors can fill their prisons to overflow capacity while they watch their stocks go up. Drug testing companies make money, doctors make money, pill companies make money, bail bondsmen make money, lawyers make money, on and on and on.

WMD anyone? Halliburton is war profiteering. Don't you get it yet? The government works as the strong arm of American big business, period. To believe otherwise is to be naïve. Drug manufactures don't want to have to compete with marijuana because it is safer, more effective and grows for free in all 50 states. So American politicians have kept it illegal, launched a war-on-drugs, eradication campaigns, Just-Say-No public relations campaigns and even paid scientist to make fraudulent claims about the dangers of marijuana. They are reaping billions of dollars a year off of sick people, this is not how capitalism or a government that is for and by the people should work. When government and big business merge you have pure fascism, not democracy.

Where was the Constitution while your son or daughter was being molested? Did the Bill of Rights protect you when the teacher gave you a lower grade for the color of your skin? Where was the Constitution when the boss paid you less for the same work because you are a female. Where was that old Bill of Rights while I was getting the shit beat out of me and robbed of all of my hard earned money?
It's not like I was a fool in Vegas at a roulette table, I was simply walking home. So much for "life, liberty or happiness." Let's take an honest look and see if we are getting our monies worth or if we've been fooled again, shall we?
Protect and serve or shake down and intimidate?
Did you vote for a failed drug war? Did you vote for bailouts? Did you vote for a recession? Did you vote for out-of-date over crowded public education? Did you vote for bad roads? Did you vote for dwindling pensions and shrinking benefits?

The Constitution of the United States of America was never signed by me and it's guaranteed rights are hallucinatory at best and can be suspended indefinitely at the whim of some politician. How does the Second Amendment stop applying for a citizen of the US just because he or she has become a felon. How can you deny someone the right to vote because they have a felony? Are they no longer a citizen of the United States?
So I will ask you once again, are you safe? Are you free? Are you happy? No, hell no! In America no one is safe and happiness comes in Prozac bottle.
3.) No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

My very first political campaign was against then President Ronald Reagan and his support for South African Apartheid. Thirty five years ago today I wrote begging you not to get fooled again, that giving blacks the vote and releasing Nelson Mandela was all for show and that blacks would be no better off than before. Unless we continued to protest. But you didn't listen, you went home and told me that we had won.
Here we are thirty five years later and sure there are no 'whites only" signs any more but blacks are still working 16 hours a day, 6 days a week to live in the same Shante towns (cardboard box ghettos) as before. And the only black faces on the golf courses are the servants, nothing's changed.
What does this have to do with America today? About a decade ago today Americans were fed up with the Congress and the White House, I led a VoteStrike and a General Strike to end control of our political system by special interest but you told me that Obama and a democratic house would end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and you didn't need to strike.
Now eight plus years later, not only are we still in Iraq and Afghanistan but the democrats got us into Libya and Syria too. As if that wasn't bad enough "Make America great again" is nothing more than code for 'make America white again'. On again off again travel ban, border wall, ICE roundups. It sure sounds like the white Afrikaners who thought they owned South Africa and wanted it back. Sounds like Pink Floyd Waiting for the worms: "Would you like to send our colored cousins home again?"
In America, white men stole the land, stole the resources and robbed the labor and today white men are still reaping the benefits of all that which was stole. But it's not enough, oh no, it's never enough. All that you hear is white men crying about affirmative action or immigration. And why? Because they want it all back. Not only did white folks steal America they are also in everyone else's country robbing and stealing and polluting. Funny isn't it? White folks want to steal America and everything in it and then go to South America and steal their resources and labor. Americans taxes fund death squads in South America so that American companies can pay the peasants sub living wages and laugh all the way to their off shore bank accounts. Because as I said when we started, the Republican and Democratic parties are merely the strong arm of American big business. And until we remove them from power we will never have a functioning Republic or a government that is "of the people, for the people and by the people."
Now we're in the Middle East doing the same exact thing all over again. And the White House as always is the Master of fake news. I've grown old and bitter and am too old to lead you out of the mess that you have voted for so I wrote CopsRCorrupt.com so that you might be able to survive the coming police state and tyranny.

I don't get this but Americans can only name one amendment, the Second. But have all of those guns protected us from the crooked Republicans and Democrats or from them shipping our jobs overseas or turning our cities into zoos?

Law enforcement took more stuff from people than burglars did last year

Officers can take cash and property from people without convicting or even charging them with a crime — yes, really! — through the highly controversial practice known as civil asset forfeiture. Last year, according to the Institute for Justice, the Treasury and Justice departments deposited more than $5 billion into their respective asset forfeiture funds. That same year, the FBI reports that burglary losses topped out at $3.5 billion.
These are only the federal totals and don't reflect how much property is seized by state and local police each year. Reliable data for all 50 states is unavailable, but the Institute of Justice found that the total asset forfeiture haul for 14 states topped $250 million in 2013. The grand 50-state total would be much higher.

I guess being pepper sprayed in the face or getting shot in the back by the Natl. guard doesn't count?
